| Q1. I am interested
in one of your kit houses but would like to alter the
dimensions of some of the rooms, is this possible? |

had my own design drawn up by an architect, can you build
to my design? |

looking through your kit house specifications, I'm very
happy to have you build my house. Unfortunately none of
the designs quite suit, do you have an architect who can
design to my liking? |

houses be made wheelchair accessable? |

| Q5. Would
you be able to assist with planning permission, building
warrent and the like? |

are planning to build something a little bit different
from a standard house, are you able to accomadate such

the beauty of these houses is the sheer flexibility afforded
to them. |

a common request and one which we can deal with. It would
probably be advisable for us to meet and discuss your
needs |

the specifications, yes we have an in house architect
who will be happy to design to your requirements. |

| A4. Yes - in fact we have built
a number of houses for the disabled. We will be happy
to discuss your individual requirements and advise you
on all aspects of the build. |

| A5. Yes, this is a request that
is offten made by our clients and we have vast experience
dealing with the authorities. |

involved in several "one off" houses including
Avielochan - 1996 RIBA Award winner. The Toom - a large
house overlooking the Spey Valley with a roof that has
characteristics of the Sydney opera house. |
